1. Service Fees Are Generally Non-Refundable
Payment for labor, diagnostic fees, and completed services is non-refundable, as these costs cover time, travel, labor, and materials already used.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Corrections
If you are not satisfied with the work performed:

We will return to adjust, repair, or correct the issue at no additional labor cost within 30 days of service (unless otherwise stated).

Corrections apply only to the specific service originally performed.

Corrections do not include new issues, unrelated repairs, or changes to the scope of work.
3. Deposits
Deposits for larger projects (painting, roofing, filtration installations, etc.) are used to secure materials and schedule labor.

If a project is canceled before materials are ordered, a refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
4. Product & Equipment Returns (Water Filtration, Parts, Materials)

Defective parts covered by a manufacturer warranty will be replaced at no charge for the part itself.
