Welcome to Repair Assured LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any work performed by Repair Assured LLC. By hiring us, booking a service, signing an estimate, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Repair Assured LLC offers, but is not limited to, the following services:

  • Water filtration system installation, maintenance, and repair

  • Handyman services

  • Home repairs

  • Painting

  • Plumbing-related services

  • General property maintenance

All services are performed by trained technicians or subcontractors approved by Repair Assured LLC.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection.

  • Prices may change if additional issues, materials, or labor are required.

  • You will be notified of any price changes before additional work is performed.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Accepted payments: cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or bank transfer.

  • Late or unpaid invoices may incur fees or service suspension.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled based on weather, staffing, or material delays.

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

5. Warranty & Service Guarantee

Repair Assured LLC aims for complete customer satisfaction.

  • Workmanship is covered by a 30-day service warranty, unless otherwise stated.

  • Manufacturer warranties for parts or equipment apply when available.

  • Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, alterations by others, or issues caused by unrelated systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, water source quality).

6. Water Filtration Disclaimer

For water treatment and filtration services:

  • Water test results are estimates based on samples collected at the time of testing.

  • Water quality may vary due to environmental or system changes.

  • The client is responsible for replacing filters, maintaining systems, and following recommended service schedules.

  • Repair Assured LLC is not liable for damages caused by untreated water, system misuse, or failure to maintain equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Repair Assured LLC is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from pre-existing structural, plumbing, or electrical issues

  • Mold, leaks, rust, or hidden conditions not visible during inspection

  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

  • Client-supplied materials or equipment failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

8. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Repair Assured LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

9. Permits & Compliance

For any work requiring permits or inspections:

  • The client is responsible for informing us of permit needs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional fees may apply for permitted work or compliance-related tasks.

10. Use of Photos & Marketing

Repair Assured LLC may photograph completed projects for marketing purposes.
Clients may request exclusion in writing before the job begins.

11. No-Show Policy

If the technician arrives and cannot access the property, a trip fee may be charged.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or misuse any website content

  • Upload harmful code or interfere with site functionality

  • Impersonate the company or misrepresent information

13. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and is never sold.
Repair Assured may contact clients regarding service updates, reminders, or promotions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be handled through mediation or small claims court unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised date.
